3 . Description
The GXDP800 series MEMS differential pressure sensor can measure ultra-low gas pressure of ± 500Pa (± 2 inches H2O), which is based on MEMS technology. The differential pressure sensor integrates signal processing circuits and embedded software, which can convert gas pressure into digital format, linearize the signal, and compensate for temperature. The GXDP800 series offers very high sensitivity and low zero drift. Other features include wide dynamic range, excellent long-term stability, outstanding repeatability, and hysteresis.
