3. Description
The GXP6295 series pressure sensor is an ultra small integrated low-pressure high-precision semiconductor pressure sensor suitable for medical, industrial control, white goods and other fields. Adopting standard surface mount SMT packaging form for easy installation and use by users in the future.
A silicon piezoresistive pressure sensitive chip processed using MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) technology. The sensor uses algorithms to achieve multi-stage temperature compensation and provides accurate, analog level output signals proportional to the applied pressure.
