3 . Description
GXM4950X is a DC brushed motor driver suitable for printers, appliances, massage chairs, industrial equipment, and other small machines. The input signals from two logic input ports control the H-bridge driver, which is mainly composed of four N-MOSs and can flow a peak current of 6A in both directions to control the motor. If both inputs are set to low level, the motor driver will enter low-power sleep mode. This chip has an integrated current limiting function. By inputting voltage signals VREF and ISEN pins, the maximum current flowing through the load is limited, thereby limiting the power consumption requirements of the system. In addition, the chip also has undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and overheating protection inside. The packaging type of GXM4950X is ESOP8, which has excellent heat dissipation capability.
