3. Description
GXC400 is an RTD-to-Digital converter that supports PT100 to PT1000 RTD inputs. GXC400 provides a precise external bias voltage via its BIAS pin and achieves accurate measurement by quantifying the ratio between the RTD and the Reference Resistor (RREF) connected in series to this bias voltage through the built-in ADC. 
GXC400 can provide noise rejection for 50Hz / 60Hz frequency based on the user's operating environment, minimizing the impact of external noise on measurement results. GXC400 supports 2-, 3-, and 4-wire RTD connections to accommodate different RTD measurement schemes. 
GXC400 supports RTD fault detection and can identify various misconnections, including RTD open circuits, RTD short circuits, and RTD shorts to power supply or ground, facilitating users in quickly locating RTD faults.
