Description
GXU501 is a sensor interface chip used for temperature and air pressure measurement. This chip can drive resistive pressure sensors and output calibrated pressure data directly through internal high-resolution ADC, temperature compensation, and pressure compensation. The chip supports multiple output interface types, such as SENT, absolute voltage, and proportional voltage. The chip supports power overvoltage and reverse connection protection, and can operate over a wide temperature range of up to 150 ° C, making it suitable for harsh automotive environments.
