Description
The GX28EC20 contains a 20480 bit (80 * 32 byte) 1-Wire EEPROM. There is also a 32 byte draft line. As a special feature, a block of eight storage pages can be write protected or placed in EPROM emulation mode, in which the bits can only change from a 1 state to a 0 state. GX28EC20 communicates through 1-Wire bus. Communication follows the standard 1-Wire protocol. Each device has its own unchangeable 64 bit ROM registration number. The registration number is used to address devices in a multi-point 1-Wire network environment.
