GX2505
Basic performance
•16384 bit electrically programmable read-only memory (EPROM) uses a signal line and ground wire for communication, which is economical
•The factory photolithography and tested 64 bit registration code (8-bit family code+48 bit serial number+8-bit CRC check code) ensures absolute traceability
•The built-in multi-point controller ensures compatibility with other 1-Wire network products
•EPROM is divided into 64 256 bit pages for random access to packaged data records
•Each storage page can be permanently write protected to prevent tampering
•A device is a "add only" memory that can program additional data into an EPROM without interfering with existing data
The architecture allows software to patch data by replacing old pages to support newly programmed pages
•Reduce control, address, data, power, and programming signals to a single data pin
• Can be directly connected to a single port pin of the microprocessor and communicate at a speed of up to 16.3 kbits per second
•The 8-bit family code is used to distinguish whether the chip is GX2505
•The host can determine whether there is a chip by detecting the response signal
•Low cost DFN6 surface mount packaging
•Within the temperature range of -40 ℃ to+85 ℃, the voltage range for reading data is 2.8V to 6.0V; within the temperature range of -40 ℃ to+50 ℃, the programming voltage is 7.0V to 8.0V
