3. Chip Overview
GXHT31 is a new generation single-chip integrated temperature and humidity sensor developed by Zhongke Galaxy Chip. It is developed based on the Zhongke Galaxy chip extremely weak signal detection design platform and MEMS process design platform. Integrating high-sensitivity MEMS humidity sensors on silicon-based CMOS wafers can reduce interference in multi chip signal transmission, decrease chip area, and improve packaging reliability.  
It has two I ² C addresses for users to choose from, with a communication speed of up to 1MHz. The chip is packaged in a miniaturized DFN, with dimensions of 2.5mm x 2.5mm and a height of 0.9mm, which allows the GXHT31 to be integrated into various applications. In addition, the wide supply voltage range of 2.0V~5.5V allows it to adapt to various power supply environments.
