3. Description 
GXHT30A is a new generation single-chip integrated temperature and humidity sensor developed by Zhongke Galaxy Chip. It is developed based on the Zhongke Galaxy chip extremely weak signal detection design platform and MEMS process design platform. Integrating high-sensitivity MEMS humidity sensors on silicon-based CMOS wafers can reduce interference in multi chip signal transmission, decrease chip area, and improve packaging reliability. The chip adopts a miniaturized DFN package with an external size of 2.5mm x2.5mm and a height of 0.9mm, which enables GXHT30A to be integrated in various applications. In addition, the wide supply voltage range of 2.0V~5.5V allows it to adapt to various power supply environments.
