3. Chip Overview
GXHT11 is a single-chip fully integrated digital temperature and humidity sensor with built-in capacitive humidity sensing unit and PN junction temperature sensing unit, converted into digital output with high-precision ADC. GXHT11 has been calibrated and calibrated before leaving the factory, strictly ensuring the consistency and accuracy of each chip.
GXHT11 adopts a small volume DFN-6 package, with extremely small external dimensions of only 2.0mm x 2.0mm and a height of 0.75mm, which can be applied in scenarios with extremely limited space; Adopting a single line interface, the communication protocol is fully compatible with DHT11 and can be directly replaced without modifying the customer's existing solution.
GXHT11 is shipped in reels, meeting the standard SMD production requirements.
