Chip Overview
GX122 is an SPI compatible temperature sensor with SOT23-6 packaging. The GX122 temperature sensor only requires a pull-up resistor to achieve a typical accuracy of 0.3 ℃ in the temperature range of -25 ℃ to+85 ℃, with a working temperature of up to 150 ℃. Programmable resolution, programmable settings, and shutdown functionality provide versatility for any application. The low power supply current and power range from 2.7V to 5.5V make GX122 an excellent candidate for low-power applications. GX122 is an ideal choice for expanding thermal measurement in various communication, computer, consumer, environmental, industrial, and instrumentation applications
