3. Description
GXTR3022 is a high-precision, low-power digital temperature sensor compatible with SMBus and I2C interfaces. In addition to the local temperature where the chip is located, up to 2 remote temperature probes can be monitored simultaneously for remote temperature in the area where they are located. GXTR3022 has functions such as series resistance elimination, programmable η factor correction, β value detection and automatic compensation, and programmable temperature threshold, providing a high-precision, low-power and reliable temperature monitoring solution.  
GXTR3022 is particularly suitable for temperature measurement using remote transistors (NPN/PNP Type) integrated into servers and processors under advanced process technology. GXTR3022 supports automatic compensation for PNP with 0.09<β<21.36 and transistor connections to achieve high-precision temperature measurement.
