3. Chip Overview
GXTS04 is a high-precision, low-power digital temperature sensor that can replace NTC/PTC thermistors. The 16 bit ADC integrated inside the chip has a resolution as low as 0.00267 ℃. GXTS04 can provide temperature accuracy of ≤ 0.5 ℃ within the full temperature range and has good temperature linearity. The accuracy of human body temperature measurement within the range of 30-42 degrees can reach ± 0.1 ℃. GXTS04 adopts a 2mm × 2mm DFN package and a standard I ² C interface. The rated operating voltage range of GXTS04 is 1.6V~5.5V, with an average power consumption as low as 1uA (at a temperature measurement frequency of 1Hz).
